In its broad sense any action has a formative effect on the mind, character and physical ability of an individual. Education is the process by which society transmits its accumulated Taalim, knowledge, skills and values from one generation to another. Hence we are doing our best to give good quality education in our school.
Academic Year: It starts from Shawwal and ends in Sha’baan.
Attendance: The Madrasa is very strict in the matter of attendance. Every student has to attend classes regularly. Absent for more than one day qualifies a student to submit the medical certificate in the principal’s office.
Expulsion: (1) Absent from classes for 15 days without prior information, (2) The research work of the syllabus is more than 6 months, (3) Unexpected and intolerable behavior in classrooms and hostels. These points will suffice a student to expelled from Darul Uloom Rafeeqiya.
Exams: The year has been divided into two semesters with exams at the end of each semester. Sessional exams are held each month. Before appearing in the exams, a student must comply that no part of syllabus is left out and attendance is more than 75%. Students who report sick at the time of exam can be given compensation. In extreme case, if a student is not able to attend the final exam, her overall work throughout the year will be taken into consideration and if favorable she will be passed onto the next class. Hostels: Students living in the hostels are under the supervision of the teachers. Certain rules and regulations have been kept to be followed by each and every student. This might sometime offend a guardian but they have to bear with us.
Uniform: Madrasa has made it mandatory for every student to wear the school uniform which is prescribed: Kurta with white shalwar and (for girls) white scarf Students above the age of 13 have to be under burqa.
What is its main concern?
To understand this, it is enough to base it on the intellectual style of Darul Uloom Deoband, Mazahir Uloom Saharanpur, and Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulema Lucknow and the intellectual balance there. That is, be the best blend of ancient and modern sciences. Have a pure thought on religious sciences. Also specialize in modern sciences. We have to make it clear that the need for Arabic madrasas will be greater today than when India has another form. These are the right and proper ways to serve the religious sciences and their dissemination in this age as well as to incorporate them in the scholarly life. We must put these methods into practice. DARUL ULOOM RAFEEQIYA SAHARANPUR, U.P. INDIA.
So far, Hundreds of Boys and girls and have received religious education from one of the five departments in this institution:
1- Qaidha department
2- Nazira Department
3- Hifz e Quran.
4-One year Islamic training course.
Admission in this department is at the age of 5 years. Along with the basic rules, of Islamic education, English language, Urdu language, memorizing of Surah Al-Dhuha to Surah Al-Nas, correct way of praying namaz, hadiths, etiquette, and English arithmetic of pre-primary are taught.
Admission in this department is from the age of 6 years. In these 2 years, the recitation of the Holy Quran with Tajweed is completed.
The quranic paragraphs are memorized (hifz).
Beliefs, Process of prayer, Theology and prayers, Seerat, Urdu language and spelling.
Modern subjects from one to four classes, including early Arabic and Persian language and literature:
Mathmatics,Science, English and Hindi are being taught.
Madrasa runs Primary School (Urdu and English medium) nursery to junior high school. in which modern school education is provided till SSC. All the subjects are taught by Experienced and well Educated Teachers. We help the successful students to join the colleges for higher Education.
